- Minnesota - Critical milestones following Circular Action Alliance (CAA)’s confirmation as PRO and the first PRO Advisory Council meeting in February 2025.
- Colorado - Highlights from PRO CAA’s initial Plan Proposal released February 3, including reduction and recycling rate targets, end markets, covered materials, and producer compliance.
- California - Impacts of the plastic source reduction baseline released in December 2024 and the January 2025 updates to covered materials.
