"A quote we love from Mary Oliver is, 'Attention without feeling … is only a report.'  The environmental and social crises facing the world are well documented. In our interactions with Fortune-class companies, the majority of business leaders are paying close attention to what’s going on and are indeed concerned about how their actions will impact future generations. By placing leaders in complex and unknown environments, our goal is to translate that awareness into openness and empathy, to break down walls for deeper collaboration and to accelerate industry-wide solutions at scale."
